Called this morning and Terry was here before noon to re key my front office door as I had lost the key. He was very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend him and if ever needed services of a locksmith he will be who I am calling. Very pleasant and reasonable price. 🙂

I was in need of a locksmith when I locked my self out of my house, I called Mr.LockSmith and he was at my residence in less than 30 mins. He was fast, efficient, and friendly, I would highly recommend him to friends & family members.

We contacted Terry to change the locks on our new house when we moved in last summer. It was quite an extensive job as 9 doors were involved and the previous owner had not left us any working keys. He worked tirelessly with a smile on his face until the job was done and even gave us a break on the cost of rekeying every lock. Terry and his apprentice showed up promptly to do a simple cylinder re-pin job (a good idea to do, unless you’re certain no other keys exist for your locks). Job was done correctly, and price seemed fair.

Locked ourselves out of our postbox and Terry came round within the hour. Very flexible guy with a very friendly attitude. I would recommend this guy to anyone I knew in the same situation. Overall great service!

I’ve got to echo the comments made by the previous two postees. I called Terry at 8am on a Sunday morning after locking myself out of home with no possibility of getting back in without help. He arrived within 30 minutes and got the door open a few minutes later. I found him polite, very good value, professional and authentic. I just moved in the day before and as it was a Sunday I was in a pinch as my old dead bolt was stuck and I couldn’t lock my door. Terry came out, on a Sunday and did a great job. Great sense of humour too. Thanks so much!
