We contacted Zig to change the locks on our new house when we moved in last summer. It was quite an extensive job as 9 doors were involved and the previous owner had not left us any working keys. He worked tirelessly with a smile on his face until the job was done and even gave us a break on the cost of rekeying every lock. Zig and his apprentice showed up promptly to do a simple cylinder re-pin job (a good idea to do, unless you’re certain no other keys exist for your locks). Job was done correctly, and price seemed fair.
