We contacted Zig to change the locks on our new house when we moved in last summer. It was quite an extensive job as 9 doors were involved and the previous owner had not left us any working keys. I’ve got to echo the comments made by the previous two postees. I called Zig at 8am on a Sunday morning after locking myself out of home with no possibility of getting back in without help. He arrived within 30 minutes and got the door open a few minutes later. I found him polite, very good value, professional and authentic.
