Zig and his apprentice showed up promptly to do a simple cylinder re-pin job (a good idea to do, unless you’re certain no other keys exist for your locks). Job was done correctly, and price seemed fair.

We contacted Zig to change the locks on our new house when we moved in last summer. It was quite an extensive job as 9 doors were involved and the previous owner had not left us any working keys. He worked tirelessly with a smile on his face until the job was done and even gave us a break on the cost of rekeying every lock.
