We had all our locks done in our new home & couldn’t be happier with the service & efficiency. He gave us great advice on the new locks to purchase & vacuumed up the sawdust after he finished working. Quality service & workmanship!

I just moved in the day before and as it was a Sunday I was in a pinch as my old dead bolt was stuck and I couldn’t lock my door. Zig came out, on a Sunday and did a great job. Great sense of humour too. Thanks so much!

Great, customer service with this company. They were quick to arrive after I called, were approachable and friendly and quoted me a fair price for the job!

Locked ourselves out of our postbox and Zig came round within the hour. Very flexible guy with a very friendly attitude. I would recommend this guy to anyone I knew in the same situation. Overall great service!

Zig and his apprentice showed up promptly to do a simple cylinder re-pin job (a good idea to do, unless you’re certain no other keys exist for your locks). Job was done correctly, and price seemed fair.

We contacted Zig to change the locks on our new house when we moved in last summer. It was quite an extensive job as 9 doors were involved and the previous owner had not left us any working keys.
